These terms take effect as soon as you start using our application.

1. Service Acceptance

By using the Listera application, you agree to these terms: • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations • You accept responsibility for all activities under your account • You understand that the service may be updated or modified • You agree to receive important notifications about the service

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities: • Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Uploading malicious software or harmful content • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users • Violating intellectual property rights • Attempting to reverse engineer the application • Using automated systems to access the service without permission

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security: • Use strong and unique passwords • Keep your account information confidential and do not share with third parties • Report suspicious activities immediately • Take full responsibility for all activities under your account • Update your account information when changes occur

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Protection of your personal data is our priority: • Your data is processed in compliance with GDPR and KVKK • We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent • Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers • Your data is completely deleted when you delete your account • Please review our Privacy Policy for details

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Listera application: • The application and its content are protected by copyright • Logos, design, and code are our intellectual property • You may not attempt to reverse engineer the application • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content • Written permission is required for commercial use

6. Service Interruptions & Changes

To maintain service quality: • We may make temporary interruptions for technical maintenance • We may add or modify features • We provide 30 days advance notice for significant changes • We may make emergency changes for legal requirements • We may make updates to improve service quality

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Account termination conditions: • You can delete your account at any time • We may suspend accounts that violate the rules • Warning is given before suspension (except in emergencies) • Account deletion is irreversible • Deleted account data cannot be recovered

8. Liability Limitations

Our legal liability limitations: • The application is provided "as is" • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service • We are not liable for indirect damages • We are not responsible for third-party services • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid • We do not accept liability in force majeure situations

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction in case of any legal disputes.

For international users, applicable local laws may also apply. Users are obligated to act in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
